Refund and Returns Policy

At Shreem Jewellery, we take pride in crafting exquisite jewellery pieces and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • To initiate a request, customers must send an email to jewellery.shreem@gmail.com with the order number, a clear reason for the return or exchange, and supporting images/videos.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Once we receive your email request, our team will review it and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
  • If approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back using a secure and trackable shipping service. To return the product, you must ship it to the address mentioned in the reply email.
  • The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or choose another product of equal or lesser value.
  • Any price differences for higher-value exchanges must be paid by the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the product.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund if the product is unavailable.

6. Exceptions & Sale Items

  • Clearance, and Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
